Intelligent System

The terminology “Intelligent System” gives an impression of high performance, exceptional results and above all exceed the expectations of the users. Working on the project IDS (Innovative Design System), these factors are all considered as important ingredients of this project.

IDS (Innovative Design System) is new approach to design creation, management and evaluation specifically focused on the architecture and construction industry. This will resolve almost all current issues in the workflow of the industry along with introducing new features and functions that will result in more effective project delivery. 

This project is highly innovative in nature. Latest technology solutions are created in its modules and phases of execution; therefore, IDS is the new industry standard. 

There are existing platforms in use by industry professionals and we are working on resolving issues and simplifying workflows resulting in a high number of products with distinct functions coming into the market every year. This creates a lot of chaos for the users from collaboration to upgrading platforms, training of the staff on new products and above all project coordination and data sharing. That is why the adoption rate of the platforms never reaches 100%. 

However, the solution that is self-dependent, fully functioned and performs effectively based on the Artificial Intelligence of machines do make a lot of sense here. 

When the project IDS was proposed by Dexign 3D six years ago, the industry reaction was not very positive because of fear of the new product adoption and added complexity just like many others. However, the technological capabilities are growing so fast that the complex functions which were thought out to be impossible are now absolutely possible. The existing complete system is not able to fully satisfy the consumer and this is why the industry professionals agreed on the need of second and better option for the industry proposed for the first time by Ghazala Miftah, founder of Dexign 3D in 2016 on building the new system IDS (Innovative Design System) incorporating high-end technologies. 

The architecture and construction industry does not have the second option available as complete design creation and management system and IDS will fill this gap by providing its consumer with a complete high-end technology system by making the project delivery process more simple, efficient and user friendly. These factors are considered in the design of the master plan of IDS completed in 2020. 

IDS is categorized as one of the intelligent systems that will produce exceptional results along with its user-friendly nature. The work is ongoing on design, functions and execution of this large-scale project. 

Dexign 3D has expanded its research program in 2021 on high-end technologies proposing case studies of high logical systems to supplement project IDS.  

Due to the large scale of project IDS, it is divided into modules and components for easy adoption and effective development process. Its modules are independent products compatible with the existing system to create a smooth transformation strategy. This has an added advantage of market response analysis as well as gradual change factor that will make it an easy adoption for the consumers. 

Our beta group of companies is going to be involved throughout our development process in the evaluation of each product before reaching out to the market. 

Dexign 3D is moving forward in this innovative journey of a digital transformation in the architecture and construction industry which will also change the design project delivery process in other industries as well. Our long-term target market is the entire design industry, but we know our products will make a positive impact on other industries as well.
