MEGA Project | IDS (Innovative Design System) 

​IDS (Innovative Design System) is a mega project by Dexign 3D, revolutionizing buildings project delivery
process for the  AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, reducing confusion, complexity,
​and annual capital waste while achieving immediate market need of global Net-Zero emission buildings.

the True Net-Zero Equation (TNZE) Framework, which is now fully operational and ready to
drive measurable climate mitigation in the built environment.

IDS - Project Delivery | Building Design - Short Intro  

2024 and beyond is bringing a second option of project delivery called IDS (Innovative Design System)  in the AEC industry incorporating latest and innovative high-end technology solutions for exceptional user experience, highly efficient building design process, and moving the industry a step forward. This will result in extensive cost savings wasted annually in the current process along with simplifying the current practices in the AEC industry project delivery. Dexign 3D Research supplements innovation in IDS project.

IDS, Innovative Design System has two main subsystems.

​ 1. IDS Sustainability Model for Net Zero emission buildings
 2. IDS Project Delivery for building design process. 


The IDS Sustainability Model for Net Zero emission buildings is a one stop evaluation platform for solving imbalances in GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions. It is an AI driven system for net zero efficiency. 
 
The building industry waste is currently trillions per year. This impedes the shift to net zero emission buildings due to a lack of result driven sustainability models. Accurate and measurable GHG emission data is unavailable for new and existing buildings. There is no authentic solution to minimize GHG imbalances with high precision values. 
 
Dexign 3D has designed a result driven sustainability model that has global scalability once tested at a smaller level.
 
The IDS Sustainability Model for net zero emission buildings has three main modules:
 

1. TNZE Framework 
A measurable net zero standard and platforms.
 

2. C-MG | Carbon Magnet Technology
A solution for minimizing GHG emission imbalances caused by all buildings.
 

3. ATM-RD | Net Zero Emission Verification Tool 
An environmental tool designed for verifying net zero criteria. 
 
The AIA Commitment 2030 for net zero emission buildings can be accomplished with our IDS Sustainability Model. First module of IDS Sustainability Model, TNZE Framework has been launched and is now fully operational including TNZE Standard, TNZE-CC v1 / TNZE-CC v2 (Consulting/Certification, v1 & v2), TNZE Alliance, and TNZE Education Series. 


According to World Green Building Council, every building on planet must achieve Net-Zero carbon emissions by 2050 to keep global warming below 1.5 degree Celsius but less than 1 percent of buildings meet this standard at this time. 

Buildings are creating almost 40% of worlds carbon emissions and this is one of the very immediate requirement to provide design and material selection solutions and the measurement of all carbon emissions to owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and all building industry professionals for creating realistic carbon budgets at early stage of design development.
