Leadership Team
Ghazala founded Dexign 3D in 2014 as an independent consulting company until she envisioned the company mission and the need for a new platform IDS (Innovative Design System). She is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and have about 30 years of AEC industry experience. She has education in Architecture (1990-1996) and Media Arts and Animation (2007-2012) and have the knowledge and expertise to lead the net-zero initiative & execution for the AEC industry.
She is the inventor of "True Net Zero Equation", REI = RAI. |
Nabil leads the company management with degrees in management science, business administration and management. He has good skills in leading teams and managing the operations. Nabil loves to play basketball and have done extensive coaching in it. He is very cooperative, loyal, and a dedicated team member of the company.

Dexign 3D Established in 2014
We have been active in the AEC market for the past eight years as a research company, pioneering innovative concepts, standards, and introducing our new system IDS (Innovative Design System). Our evolution has been ongoing for the past decade.
Dexign 3D was founded in 2014 as an independent consulting company by Ghazala Miftah. She conceived the idea of a new system for the building design process, IDS (Innovative Design System), conducting initial Level 1 research on AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry practices with input from AEC professionals.
Dexign 3D's research involved in-depth analysis of existing practices and platforms for several years. Ghazala Miftah joined the AIAOC Project Delivery Knowledge Committee and participated in two consecutive symposiums over two years with leading AEC professionals, discussing challenges and issues in building design practices.
The goal of Dexign 3D's research was to identify why the AEC industry lagged in achieving global Net-Zero building goals, why existing market leaders couldn't solve long-standing issues in the building design process despite an oversaturated market with over 200 products, and why adoption rates of these products were low.
The approach over past decades was flawed, with a mix of technologies, platforms, and overlapping terminologies confusing users and hindering the transition from legacy systems to efficient project delivery, wasting trillions annually.
While Dexign 3D's research continues, the IDS master plan was developed. After completing the IDS master plan, execution plans and models were designed. This work on the IDS platform continued without external funding, solely supported by the founder's investment.
Detailed product development began within this ten-year timeframe, enhancing existing functions and introducing new functionalities. During this period, new standards in building sustainability were established, notably the recent introduction of the universal "True Net-Zero Equation."
Two prominent innovative technologies, the C-MG solution for GHG emission reduction caused by buildings and ATM-RD, an environmental tool for Net-Zero verification, were integral to IDS's ongoing development.
The company continues to evolve the IDS platform with input from AEC industry professionals and is poised to launch its initial products by the end of 2024.
