Regardless of whether a building is certified under LEED, Energy Star, BREEAM, or any other existing standard, achieving true Net-Zero status is essential to accurately measure its environmental impact. Only through this lens can we provide effective recommendations that align with the universal standard of the True Net-Zero Equation.

A precise methodology for measuring sustainability is urgently needed to identify and address the root causes of rising emissions from the built environment. While buildings may be fully electrified, their environmental impact cannot be accurately gauged by electrification or energy performance alone—many other factors contribute.
