TNZE Compliant City Project | In Execution 

The TNZE Compliant City Project is not a policy concept or pilot program, it is an execution model already underway, ​beginning with PA50 and designed to scale across all 50 planning areas and beyond.
Core Objective
To deliver real climate mitigation at city scale by equating emissions with absorptions, something no existing sustainability standard, certification, or climate solution has successfully achieved in over five decades of global investment and effort.

The project operates in a Dual Avenue TNZE-CC Acceleration Mode:

Manual TNZE-CC Application (Powered by EEMU)
PA50 is currently undergoing detailed manual TNZE compliance assessment using the EEMU metric system. This ensures scientific validation, precise emission-absorption balancing, and structured recommendations for true net-zero performance
 
Simultaneous TNZE-CC AI Agent Development
In parallel, AI agents are being developed to automate, scale, and accelerate the TNZE evaluation process. This ensures that future planning areas and future cities can implement TNZE more efficiently, economically, and rapidly.

Background

For more than five decades, sustainability practices in the building and urban sectors have focused on high performance and energy efficiency. Despite these efforts and trillions of dollars invested globally, measurable climate mitigation has not been achieved. Atmospheric imbalance continues to rise, contributing to extreme weather events, food and water system disruption, growing health impacts, and economic instability.
Dexign 3D initiated deep AEC industry research to understand why sustainability has failed to deliver real climate mitigation. The research identified a fundamental gap: no universal, mathematically verified method existed to equate emissions with absorptions across the built environment.

Discovery of the Missing Element, TNZE

This research led to the discovery of the True Net-Zero Equation (TNZE), a universal, verified standard that defines true net-zero by mathematically equating emissions with absorptions. TNZE establishes, for the first time, a scientific basis for validating whether buildings and cities truly do not contribute to atmospheric imbalance.

Dexign 3D designed TNZE-CC, a fully operational application platform powered by the proprietary EEMU metric system, to apply the TNZE standard with precision and consistency. TNZE-CC enables evaluation, verification, and optimization of:
